      Worst Employment and Fraudulent Practices

      There are no Pros to this company. Initially the work will look good.

      Cons

      1. Illegal Employment Practices 2. Most of the company is built on freshers. 3. Making people work on multiple contracts violating the client policies. 4. Another consultancy firm which tries to push Freshers to clients by faking the resume. 5. Quality of the code that customer gets is worst. 6. Runs behind the money. 7. HR does not coordinate or communicate. A broken system with broken applications. 8. No Proper employment guidelines or code of conduct.

      *We get a good exposure and experience with best practices and you will be given opportunities and grow. *I enjoy the helpful nature of all employees and the family like environment of the organisation. Its really enjoyable to work in a friendly, warm and encouraging environment filled with new learnings, teamwork and achievements.

      Pros

      1) If u like responsibility, this is the company you can consider. 2) Average Package in Industry. 3) You will be getting verity of work i.e Sales, Service, Analytics, Muelsoft etc. 4) Open Environment you can seek help from anyone, Everybody is ready to help each other. 5) Management is easy to reach. 6) I haven't seen any politics as of now.

      Cons

      1) Depending on the project you might need to work on weekends. but situations are not same all the time. 2) This company also do body shopping in case someone does not like. 3) They are still grooming on some of the good Industry practices.
