Pros

Good place to start you career: Great place to start as a beginner, being a small company/teams you will get good exposure than in the other big company Friendly work environment: Colleagues are friendly and approachable irrespective of the experience, Flexible work timings, no dress code. Pleasant office environment and facilities Challenging but fun: you will be exposed to the technical stuffs, projects, and domain at a very early stage irrespective of experience. At the same time, it is fun to work with your team supporting each other and opportunity to grow quickly Takes good care of people: lot of benefits like Free lunch, dinner, refreshment and snacks, month end fun meetings, all expense paid trip with your spouse and kids (not many companies do this), medical, accident and life insurance cover for employees. Company that truly cares for their employee

Pros

Good training Good for fresher upto 2 years and not more than that Flexible timings. Located in center of the city No problem with leave policy. You get leave for all Hindu festivals.

Cons

Poor management Low salary 2 years bond for freshers. Notice period is 3 months. "Small minded people"(including managers) around you (you should learn how to tackle them or your career is spoiled)

Thank you for your feedback and for recommending Dhyan. Past employee surveys have indicated that most of our employees are positive about our management team and Dhyan. It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do. Since we have an open door policy, we suggest that you consider having a skip level interview/discussion to discuss your concerns with senior management. When it comes to Bond and Notice period, Dhyan is following the norms that is currently in practice across the industry. Our Salary is designed to be on par with industry and is based on individual’s performance. We never shy away from rewarding deserving employees and our employee’s welfare is of utmost importance to us.

Pros

you will learn many life lessons here which are very very essential for your life. Thank you for teaching me all the lessons Dhyan. one important lesson that you learn here is you will learn to identify and keep distance from CHEAP PEOPLE like here.

Cons

beggars live happily here at the cost of innocents life. simply, fawning peoples are MVP here. You will be an outcast if you are not one of them. Then these people will hurt you, humiliate you indirectly for no reason in order to hide their shame. They also feel proud when they have done like they have achieved something great in their life. They will develop all negative feelings for you also. they are like zombies. Technical manager provides full support for these ditches and you do not know that. Very unfortunately she is the family member of CEO's so you cannot complain to any higher level. Also being a "female beggar" is a plus here.
