      Pros

      - Remote working (allowing you to travel/live in different locations) - Unlimited leaves (holidays) policy - Quarterly trips to a new location to meet up with the team - Implemented a "DiXiO Academy" in which they facilitate your personal and professional educational goals - Allows its employees to work independently whilst still providing solid support when necessary - Can work closely with management and colleagues from other departments who are always on hand to give advice and guidance - Very positive environment to work

      Cons

      - Only see colleagues in person 4 times per year (which is not really a con as when we do meet it is in a sunny location!)

      1. your work is always valuable and appreciated 2. because of the remote work, there is always work-life balance 3. they provide growth path of their employees, continuous learning and instant knowledge of the latest technology, specially in the financial messaging industry 4. management are always available in the front lines for support and feedback. 5. diversity program with different cultures and locations over the globe with our clients and collogues.

      a little bit of lack of social engagement with our collogues because of the remote work and the large distance
