Pros

Diabolocom is a fast-growing company that has the start-up feeling and from the other hand, it has the expertise and stability of a well-established company. Our CEO is very approachable and friendly with all our clients and his employees. People in Diabolocom are very friendly and hard-working. Relationship building and innovation are considered the main factors. Of course in a startup environment there are some changing pains, but also many career opportunities and new innovative features are developed all the time.

Cons

Fast-growing companies are accompanied by internal pains and adaptation. If you like to work in IBM, perhaps this is not the right place for you.

Pros

Diabolocom was initially mostly known as a French company, leader in the French market of contact centre voice solutions. The company is now expanding internationally as the product has proven to be very good and competitive. The internal team and the founders are very passionate about what they do and they transmit this passion internally. The internal culture is based on collaboration and best practice. Employees are valued and listened and this offers a good opportunity for career progression which is awesome. The pace of life balance seems to be good.

Pros

generally a good atmosphere between the operational teams

Cons

Awful higher management that just do not care about the human side. The company just keep on loosing people that are fed up with the stressful communication. This is the keyword: Stress. Absolutely no confidence between the team. Everything seems political and the idea is to always find the scapegoat. People are depressed, most of them quits. I've never seen such a turnover (About Half the people left at the same time). The solutions you sell and managed are so buggy and often not supported by the dev team that they just keep on loosing customers or lie to them by saying it is gonna be corrected after which is absolutely not. As a woman you feel so alone and work in a misogynist environment. Absolutely no advantages for the employees except a reasonable pay. Lot of extra hours, no compensations. No days off except the legal 5 weeks. Absolutely no team building, no corporate spirit. Most people don't like their jobs. When I left half people were already thinking of leaving as well. They keep on recruiting people by selling them a pipedream, beware.
