      Some good, talented people to work with Well-known, fun shows to work on Good benefits

      Cons

      Upper management is toxic. They treat everyone below them with disrespect. There is a lot of turnover because people are over worked and under appreciated. Nothing changes because HR is a joke, sucking up to the higher-ups and talking badly about lower employees thinking that is what will get her on management's good side.

      You get to work on fun shows and get good experience.

      Cons

      NO training, no instructions, you are pretty much thrown to the wolves here. Low pay for as long as they want, tough to get a raise/promotion. Huge salary difference between leadership and assistants/coordinators.

      Going to the shows was fun...until management started restricting tickets to employees.
