Pros

Pay was decent but health plan lacks Staff is supportive

Cons

No CRM or up to date tracking systems The owner calls your clients and takes opportunities away before you have a chance to make the deal Pricing system is chaotic and not set up properly With no CRM, follows ups and next steps are herd to keep straight on spread sheets plus with multiple contacts you don’t always know if you spoke with another contact under a different division/name

Pros

Working as an Account Manager at DBS was a solid experience. The industry is definitely competitive, but there’s a lot of opportunity if you’re willing to put in the effort. One thing I appreciated was how supportive the team was—whether it was managers or coworkers, there was always someone willing to help. Sales isn’t always easy, but the company provides good training and resources to set you up for success. If you’re motivated and looking to grow, this is a great place to gain experience and develop your skills.

Cons

The industry is competitive, so success depends on persistence and adaptability. It can be challenging at times, but with the right mindset, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow.

the owner finds ways to not pay you your commission. Calculate your real pay, because the protentional revenue he promises doesn't happen.
