Great remote working and learning opportunity!
Pros
Remote working allowed me to achieve a competitive salary, but live somewhere affordable! It's a fast-growing company, but there is a genuine effort to foster a culture of work-life balance and respecting boundaries. There are a lot of knowledgeable people at DPI, so it's a great place to develop your Marketo/B2B MAP experience - a willingness to learn and be flexible will definitely help you. Everyone gets their hands dirty and will also give you support when you ask/need it! Feels like a scale-up company and still fairly independent from Merkle, but does come with the big-company perks.
Cons
WFH isn't for everyone long-term, and you'll need to be able to work independently a lot of the time - but the 10 second commute does help with work-life balance! As the company is growing fast, and has been acquired by Merkle - attrition does seem to be an issue at the moment, but leadership have been very transparent about it. The company is mostly US based, with growing teams in APAC and EMEA - so there will need to be a shift towards being less US-centric. Target-setting will need to be re-thought, since some teams work on one-client only whereas others work across multiple - meaning it requires more work to achieve same target.
