Executive team don't care about anyone but themselves

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone while the current executive team are there

Cons

The executive team lie all the time, there is no career progression or proper learning and development. Salary is awful for people who have deserved pay rises for years to even bring them to market standard let alone what they deserve for the contribution they make. So many people working to the bone who are not recognised and exec team just tell them what they want to hear then lie repeatedly and pay themselves fat bonuses, even when the company is not in a good place financially

Difficult working with other teams Poor communication Too many directors Low pay No performance management Very little chance for career progression and the traditional routes no longer offer increased salary so only incentive to move is for personal development.
