HR dept is for only for salary creation & Bringing new ducks on Board. Rest no liberty to them as well. Only for old employees working from last 5-6 years only. They have created a group where they make sure to do office politics and don't let any new Manager be there for more than a year. Upeer Management also only trust them as they are the best.

There is policy but they don’t follow anything . Worst stability, biased , unrealistic expectations.

Honestly - Nothing, as such now.

There’s no basic training for employees. No structure in the company. No KPIs mentioned and even if they tell you the KPI, there’s no structure to it, it might change in future. Also they don’t fulfil there promises at all. Deduct salaries based on a stupid software named time doctor. They trust interns more than experienced employees because they believe in cost cutting I think. Demotivating or mentally pressurising the employees is a very common practice here. Ideas are not welcomed. In short if you have a politicians mind and can tolerate demeaning environment and behaviour then this place is for you.
