      Innovative with its investment thesis however people skills really not there and ambitions did not quite match objectives

      Cons

      You never feel quite like a human working there, but you feel like some sort of being. My favourite quotes from management's being "stay in your swim lane" and "follow my orders". You are not allowed to question, you are only allowed to execute

      DB provides a challenging yet rewarding place to work. You get out of it what you put in once you earn trust of the seniors you have a lot of rope
