      Great location Regular company socials, free bar Helpful people

      Cons

      Small company with corporate style management, close to 100% staff turnover in 6~12 months, lack of actual career progression apart from a change in title, stingy compensation for non client service team members.

      Management have 'Manager' in their job title but you pretty much self-manage. Not always bad, but sometimes some more guidance is useful.

      Lots of management with no real purpose Particular member of senior staff prone to temper tantrums Efforts split across many different products makes it seem directionless Try to throw money at the staff turnover problem rather than fixing the cause Lots of late-night 'emergencies' that are anything but
