      Insane and corrupt - Worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      Not many! The talent partners do some great work in trying to create a high performance culture, but this is undermined by a bullying and insane chief people officer.

      Cons

      The exec team are disorganised and lacking in vision and strategy, no-one seems to know what is going on. The worst offender is the chief people officer who behaves completely irrationally, responding emotionally and aggressively to any kind of challenge. She undermines her team and drives people out of the business.

      Pros

      Nice cafeteria. Friendly reception staff.

      Cons

      Where should I start? Low pay, chaotic and ineffective management, low rent clients, no staff training, truly terrible HR. I can honestly say that this has been the worst job I have ever had.

      Cool office, friday drinks, not a huge amount of pressure from management, good team of people

      Cons

      Almost annual redundancies (and usually a fairly high number). Complete lack of direction from senior management who have absolutely no idea what they are doing most of the time. Incredibly weak HR team. Zero benefits package - private health (which is a fairly basic benefit everywhere) is only available if you are director level or above. Very little consideration for anyone below that level. Senior management a closed shop unless you're one of the boys.
