Management does an entertaining, brilliant job of keeping us all connected with random goodie drops and surprise announcements that keep the energy rolling from one set of goals to the next. I have no hesitance in saying this is the best company I've worked for so far in my professional career.

An ultra-fast-paced work culture that might be hard to keep up with if you come from a traditional corporate background. Agency and trust are yours and pay off if used properly, but the opposite is true - if you need close management and constant direction, probably not for you.
