The staff at DFA is made up of great and smart people. Feels very reliable and comfortable for the most part. Decent benefits and felt like you could

The rigidity feels enforced for visibility more than culture. Hard to get promoted or get any kind of substantial raise unless you're a favorite or have a manager who is willing to be annoying to advocate on your behalf. There is a lot of demanding that you buy into the culture and dynamics in order to succeed.

Food was good. Work/life OK. Join for 2 years, learn a bit and then leave. Looks like they are for sale now. That might be good.

Cons

I want to be positive, yet they make it so hard. Sales leadership lacking. Executive leadership lacking - they just keep saying the same things over and over. Everyone that stays underemployed but they like the work/life balance. Overall review = skip bc few opportunities and poor middle management and leadership.
