This company has no support options especially if you struggle with a certain aspect of the job, lacks any grace to give you any guidance and extra training beyond call listening - which they promised and strived to offer (but didn’t give)- before threatening your employment for supposed not hitting targets when they keep moving the goal posts, changing their process every five seconds, and asking you to do certain things their way and then when you do it as they say you should, they have a go.
And good luck to you if you’re employed via another company with DCBL as an outsource client. Even if you have a good relationship with the company you’re physically on the payroll for and work to their standards, then DCBL won’t hesitate to make you redundant. Luckily I resigned to not give them the satisfaction but others haven’t been so lucky. I’m not the only one who voiced these concerns and I doubt I’ll be the last.
