      Pros

      The people are great. They really seem to be a family. With regards to time management, the family-work balance is great. Overall several positives in the IT space. One of the things I appreciate most is that the management really does care and listens. They work hard to make us effective and efficient. Again, I highly recommend this company to any in the software realm thinking of switching vocation! This is the end of my review.

      Direct Financial Solutions has a great work environment and my coworkers are great as well.

      Ever since the company was acquired by a third party, things have gone downhill.

      the development team is a great group to work with we enjoy a relaxed cooperative environment, developing software for websites, and collections systems.
