      Very friendly atmosphere, with lovely colleagues. Lots of support and a very positive vibe.

      Cons

      I've few cons, it is a role that is great if you are happy to work from home, and are self reliant, if not perhaps not the best role for you as requires lots of self sufficiency

      Pros

      You can make decent money in production due to mandatory overtime. Get your money coming in because raises are few and far between.

      Cons

      Definitely a sweatshop culture-you are always being pushed to produce more. Quality is job #2, gotta make those numbers. Tattletale culture with people constantly complaining to hr about fellow employees.
