      Free-Work time if not on a business trip to customer fab. Very Japaenes style culture excluding pay & benifits.

      Pros

      work-life balance is great but not so many chance for ambitious employees. This is a 5 years old company in Taiwan, many things are still in motion. But personally I think it can do better, both in direction and speed.

      Cons

      Finding solution to problems at customer site is our daily job function. Culture-based issues stand out when communicating with various departements. Expect double standards in general from Management when it comes to salary/promotion/benefits. Really heavy load of Japanese style of MBO. Adequate portion of income comes from over-time work. Abroad Comapny trips 4 years straight. Easy to apply your vacation day offs. Core working time is 10-3 and you can get off work.

      On the surface it seems great but actually not really.

      Pros

      Lots of investment on employee training, Once you have earned trust knowing questions you, Left to pursue your own interest as long as it contributes to the company.

      Cons

      After being here for a couple of years management still doesn't trust its own employees, they're just like every other employer and think snacks can fix bad work culture, there is an uncomfortable but very well understood that Asian culture is prioritized here. There is no chances to move up into any leadership roles it doesn't happen.
