Management is very political and decisions seem to be based more on favouritism than anything else. Inequality between foreign and local staff. Local employees used more as cheap labour with only government required benefits, while expats enjoy a lot more. Senior leaders lack trust in their teams and have a ‘my way or the highway’ perspective, even if they lack experience or knowledge of an area.

Weak leadership despite leadership training yearly. Bad decisions making with obvious results and no punishment or warning when leader’s wrong but threatened employees to deduct salary?? Saying they’re open to here contributions but just as procedure, they dont change. Dont like talents, love sycophant and well-behave ppl. Leader but dont know what’s their employees are doing. Always wanting to do big (impossible) things. Low salary compare to their direct competitor. No bonus for traditional holidays. No career advancement opportunities for potential employees. Unnecessary benefits for new commers.
