Leadership really helps to motivate and share wins with, feedback is constructive and ensures that you feel valued and that your voice is heard Remote or Hybrid working depending on your actual preference Good work/life balance Openness to I&D inclusive of neurodivergence which is refreshing!

Pros

Work life balance was amazing - Great pay for staff for good results - Trust in your work - No micro management - Great product/platform.

Cons

I found the product a tad expensive (But overall product is very good, so it works) Small team in London No office to meet colleagues - Training early on was tough as it was fully remote (But they gave time to learn and didnt put me under pressure)
