      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and competence. Really amazing and inspiring projects and cool work.

      Cons

      Has some of the downsides of a small company and a big company. Too much bureaucracy can be stifling, at the same time there's a start-up feel which can be challenging to work on.

      Pros

      Full time benefits, you can sleep on the job. Many people just hang out in the bathroom or kitchen pretending to be busy and no one notices.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Terrible management. Managers have held their positions for too long becoming too comfortable with their positions which results in lack of any leadership. Management talks down to employees behind closed doors as well as acting very condescending right in front of them. Most employees have no other job opportunities and no spine to stand up for themselves resulting in management taking advantage of them and overworking the ones that do not know when to say no. If you are looking for a job where you are treated like just a number and want to collect a steady paycheck without having to do any real, good work this job is for you.
