- people centred - career development opportunities - teaches you how to create the best guest experience - perks (Perkbox, staff parties, mental health services) - fast paced - the team are incredible, work with some truly amazing people - ethos of the company is ‘big hearted’ which is sincerely delivered - pays foh staff well - incredible food and drinks menu - attentive to details, great restaurant for learning should hospitality be your career choice
