Sometime I feel little favoritism and politics playing around in the company and team

Nothing as cons of now as initiatives has been taken for few things that have been observed

No clear career path, manager reluctant to share feedback, no clear variable pay process, forget appraisals, founders are clueless on what to do next. HR - what HR?!

- Hire-and-fire culture - Poor leadership - No respect for employees, they will treat you like slaves - Forget work-life-balance, they make sure that WFH turns into working 24/7 - Power tripping managers who fire people without cause or due process - Culture of fear in which no employee really speaks up - Failing business

Bad Management, No job security, Bad Managers, Bad Leadership,

1. Workload will be high during peak business. 2. I felt some internal politics and biased decisions at some point. 3. If your manager isn't supportive, it isn't easy to prove yourself.

1. The management shows very little regard for employee well-being or humane treatment in the workplace. 1. Leadership often comes across as indifferent and self-centered, which deeply impacts the careers and mental health of sincere employees. 3. Skilled and talented professionals are hired for short-term needs with fake promises and are let go once their immediate use is over. 4. Internal processes are extremely weak and poorly implemented. 5. HR often acts as a gatekeeper for the CEO, rather than serving the interests of employees. 6. There is a strong friends-and-family culture, where a few benefit from high pay while others face job insecurity. 7. The company tries to appear progressive on the outside, but there is no real work culture on the inside. 8. The product lacks a sustainable future, most visibility seems driven by PR, not substance. 9. Some mid-level managers exhibit toxic narcissistic behavior and questionable ethics, hiring junior staff only to let them go quickly. All driven from top 10. The CTO seems unqualified for the role and is related to one of the co-founders. Was fired from somewhere else. 11. Founders enjoy lavish life with their families abroad by destroying lives of innocent employees.

Sales team over promises, making it hard for the CSM team to deliver

Company has changed a lot over the last 2 years. They increased hiring in 2024 after the funding and next year, had to cutdown. Slow career growth, unless you have a good manager. Culture of favouritism in Mumbai office, too much work is allocated if you are hard working, even for weekends. Whereas certain female employees are rewarded and get promoted every year without doing much work, because of direct reach and personal meetings with top management.
