Pros

The Product itself is cool.

Cons

- leadership is disconnected from the reality of people who do the work - employees are overworked, unappreciated and underpaid - no opportunity for growth unless you previously worked at Viawest - people with personal relationships (friends) hired by leadership are held to a separate set of rules than everyone else - lots of smoke and mirrors

Pros

I love the company culture and working with the business.

Cons

The CFO has the worst leadership ever. I'm not sure how he can keep his job here because he clearly can't keep a team here.

Pros

The earlier days were fantastic, with Culture and Co-workers and just all-around a place to be proud to be working with.

Cons

After LLR bought out the company, bad decisions became commonplace, running services extremely lean and taking unneeded risks. Customers suffer outages regularly and the truth is hidden from them. Management is unfocused and unloyal, they would rather take trips to Jamacia than be at work when they have Staff On-Boarding, or critical projects are nearing completion. No training, No competitive Raises, No one answers when they are on-call, its just rough all around.
