Very friendly atmosphere. Current location is very easy to access. Breakaway Cafe is available to all employees and reasonably priced. Nice perk for hourly employees who do not have time to leave for lunch break.

Cons

Very difficult for hourly employees to get promoted to salary. Company will hire from outside company instead of promoting from within.
