1. knowledge base 2. opportunity to lead condition assessment projects 3. learning and writing skilled technical (expert) reports 4. Mainly work in transmission and distribution sector (i.e. transformers)

Cons

1. travel 50% 2. low salary 3. its a small setup and you shouldnt have huge expectations in regards to HR support or admin issues (especially in US)

About 5 years behind in technology. Managers are too scared to make decisions. Upper management plays favorites even if they bring nothing to the table. Bad reputation in the industry for faulty equipment and horrible customer service.
