Pros

The product is quite good

Cons

This company is 16 years old and behaves like a teenager throwing a tantrum. The CEO likes to name and shame employees on the company wide Slack channel instead of dealing with issues in a sensitive discreet and polite manner. I doubt he’d be fun at parties. Nepotism is rife, and some managers are in positions they really are not qualified for - leading to high turnover in their teams. There’s a distinct lack of gender diversity, especially at leadership level. The employee benefits are really not competitive in the technology space. If you’re competent at what you do; you can probably do better than work here.

Pros

- Pay was above average

Cons

- Management would through around different ideas and expect things to get done without actually implementing a strategy or start implementing one and changing it continuously or in some cases forgetting it all together then blaming you for not 'figuring it out yourself'. - There is no structure or formal procedures they stick too and are so slimy about slipping away from responsibility or communicating effectively. - If you join the sales team BE AWARE that they will threaten you with a performance review (HR will say that the procedure is that they will need to put you on this first before letting you go but that is not the case as they 'judge' your performance if you are able to 'handle' being put on that performance review BEFORE actually putting you on the review) So basically they can just let you go whenever they want and don't actually value you as an employee. - Onboarding is terrible and barely explains the USP's of the platform or why they are different to their competitors. Be aware that if you don't figure this out, Sales enablement will be on your case about 'not figuring it out yourself'. - Overall I wouldn't recommend this company, your best working off were you are actually valued and not super stressed out all the time.

Pros

Human touch with peers, caring people.

Cons

In the past 6 month between people who were fired and those who left the company I can mention: - VP of Emea Sales, - Global L&D, - Global Demand Gen director, - Global SFDC and revenue system administration - RSD for Italy - Outbound BDR EMEA North - Emea Demand Gen Director - Inbound BDR Emea and possible someone else who went unnoticed.

Thank you for your review and candid feedback. As an organization experiencing tremendous growth, we have hired and promoted a large amount of people over the past year and have also seen some departures. Admittedly, we are not the right organization for everyone, and that's ok. We are actively working on this matter; feel free to reach out to HR to provide us with more detail or to discuss privately.
