Pros

They pay pretty well and have not a bad brand. That’s it.

Cons

If you’re currently in a selection process for DocuSign, do yourself a favour and withdraw ASAP. The place has gone massively downhill since the new leadership team took over, there is no consideration for the amount of work thrown at the employees. The leadership pays lip service to employee wellbeing and empowerment, but the internal processes and the consideration for your time is shambolic. Customer-centric innovation in the product is non existent, apparently due to massive investments elsewhere. VP’s of various levels are invisible, posting on LinkedIn about meeting peers all over and we at lower levels see no effects or any initiatives.

Pros

- Internal enablement and training - management training, unconscious bias/inclusion training, etc - Education assistance program - Products and market opportunity - A great place for those who may just want to coast or even do bare minimum - Dan and Joan say all the right things in terms of building a great culture where everyone can 'do the work of their lives' unfortunately it's all an image.

Cons

- There is a lack of curiosity, accountability and leadership within DocuSign starting with Dan Springer and Joan Burke. The issues I raised are deep rooted within the company's culture and ultimately a reflection on Dan Springer. - Overall there is a blame culture, lack of 'can do' attitude and willingness to help from certain internal teams, lack of customer focus, lack of vision, 'us' vs 'them' mentality across teams, lack of clarity around objectives linking back to corporate goals, internal politics and toxic culture of arrogance. - Unhealthy, toxic management culture I saw applied to former colleagues and experienced first-hand. - DocuSign says they're looking for people to challenge the status quo, move with urgency, eliminate bureaucracy but unfortunately there is no support for those who do and even worse you may experience retaliation, threatened exit and ultimately be forced to resign. - Culture of loyalty, don't rock the boat with the existing leadership in place

Pros

the e-sign product is second to none!

Cons

Let;s start with the Board of Directors, they should all be fired. The board did nothing to help the company nor did the CFO. The fact that they all fell asleep while the stock was at $300 then through the CEO, CRO, and COO out when the stock cratered to $58 should you tell you that they have no business running the business currently. The acting CEO was quoted as saying "the CEO reports and works for the Board of Directors." Now you have the Chairwoman and another board member running the place. Hello "Pot calling the Kettle Black". by the way the interim CEO gets paid $700k and a monthly bonus of $67k so she is getting paid regardless !! Oh boy Wall St should throw them all out
