No staff morale at all, they work you to the point where you have no work life balance, and they still expect you to work harder even though you have already done 6 days straight, one night finishing at 1am and the next day expected to start at 10am, like this is Sydney Australia right?
Sexist culture, they will tell the boys you are doing a good job but will not tell a girl that you are doing good. Family is treated like gold in the company, they can wear there earrings to work and boots but not other staff.
You literally go for a 5 minute breather or to the toilet and they will destroy you and ask where were you, and not understand why you needed that break, like seriously they pay you pennies and you work so hard for it.
They do not appreciate your work and definitely do not show it at all, your back, neck, feet will be damaged after this job without even being told a 'genuine' thank you, so please do yourself a favour and look for work elsewhere, it is not worth your time.
