      Pros

      - Friendly global team / colleagues / seniors - Autonomous - No micromanagement. - work/life balance (perhaps depending on position)

      Cons

      - Sudden global descale redundancy - Got rid of 50% of UK team which included all 4 black employees They now have zero. This is embarrassing & appalling for London. - A lot more uncertainty going on behind the leadership curtain than they lead you to believe. - All white male execs - Major pay disparity within same/similar roles.

      Great potential let down by group think and a Spanish mafia

      Small company that (was) growing substantially. Ability to get things done quickly when there is a desire to do so

      Cons

      Leadership is very trusting of a few (Spanish) voices who are not able to think beyond what they have always done.
