Pros
Never a dull week here.
In less than 2 years I've seen the company going from
-> a BI product in a crowded market,
-> to training the first Italian 8B LLM in house
-> to building our own, personal 115 exaflop datacenter, in partnership with Nvidia
With < 100 people working there?
I was a little skeptic (I mean, who wouldn't?) about most of these goals during coffee small talks with the CEO, but I've been proven wrong again and again. So yeah, now I believe (almost*) everything is possible.
All of this, working together with amazing and funny colleagues who are a 100% pleasure to hang out with.
Ps: I too was scared of bad reviews here. Turns out that the people who built such a toxic behaviour no longer work here!

A little bit of chaos, especially during new version releases/beta etc.
Although it's to be expected since the engineering team is not so big
