Pros
Friendly Team Supportive Managers Flexible Working hours/Casual Dress Resilient Company protective over employees Lively working environment Good work/life balance and employees not expected to work overly long hours.
Cons
Not much career progression and must like mattresses! Business has undergone lots of recent changes with uncertain times When sales are good its great when its bad things changed quickly Facilities/offices quite basic with no frills. Company benefits lacking and hybrid working not encouraged although supported by some managers. Company culture is old school but saying that fair.
