Pros

None to speak of. Pay is low balled for Americans. Company is registered as American, employs Indian software consultants already living in this country.

Cons

Discrimination went unchecked, and company is run by Husband and wife team, though they are not up front with that. Whereas, Braintree is corporate office, 99% of staff is Indian. Though some have gained American citizenship, they desparately cling to their culture, and Hindi language in the office.

Nothing to say just desi consulting looking for dollars high bill rates they will not disclose rates to the consultants in USA

Cons

revoked my visa with out giving sufficient notice so that i can find my some new employment . very rude
