Pros

Sorry, but I cannot think of anything. The only pro occurs when leaving the company. You re-evaluate your life, your values, the respect for yourself and redefining what dishonest people really are.

Cons

- Too many different responsibilities and tasks. Do everything, get paid for nothing. - Tight schedules and deadlines, set by ignorant people that can only use a calculator. ;-) - The business is usually obscure, has been won by sneaky means and is against the common good. Fake companies, fake partnerships, crooked competitions - Sucking money from everywhere and deliver something that will never get supported (sometimes not even work) - Non-technical management. Now, grab a mop and start cleaning their desk. - Low salary. Be careful not to get fooled. They are the masters of lying and hypocrisy. - No place for parking in a constantly jammed city center.

Team of devs is very friendly and close to each other. The vibe in the office is cool. Some level of autonomy in terms of implementation and research

Cons

Bad decisions from managements. 4 days per week in office without any negotiation The company doesn't respect/trust the developers Office space is way too cramped Growth opportunities and salary raises are scarce
