      - Top down management directives disregarding country limitations can be frustrating at times - Knee-jerk reactions from top management at times - Poor HR: HR pins blame on everyone else but themselves. Ignorant HR management results in a lot of discontentment among staff

      Good and relaxing working environment in Thailand. The work is not challenging most of the time.

      Cons

      No career path: you could be stuck in the same position forever, while the doors to management level are only open to outsiders: either experienced professionals or graduates from top-tier B schools. Lack of empowerment: people have the mentality to avoid responsibility by avoiding getting involved.
