There is a good work/life balance as well as some very talented people to learn from. Leadership is charismatic and company outings are fun. They even have Friday happy hour and iPhones for all employees.
Cons
Don't expect a raise. Like, ever. They love giving folks new titles maybe coupled with a two percent raise ( if you are lucky). They spend all of their money on overpaid/underworked pharmacists and there isn't anything left for anybody else. They have also fired EVERY clinical director so definitely stay away from that position.
Altruistic ideals or better yet, great talk but no walk
Cons
This company is good at getting rid of talent and according to their track record, they will not be succesful.
They pride themselves on having a pharmacist run program but no pharmacist serves as senior or even mid management.
We suggest they not let their contractors/ees ever find out their service is really just another home nurse visiting service with MUCH LESs EXPERIENCE.
