      Lots of technical experts, wide ranging chemistry. Global opportunities. Good safety culture. Good work life balance. Far reaching technical career tracks.

      Cons

      Heavy on image, procedures/workflows can be unwieldy. Executive communication seems insincere. Shortsighted focus on delivering shareholder value at expense of asset reliability
