      Pros

      Have been working here for over 5 years now and still full of pros: - Leading technology in the market - Lots of space to grow into new roles - Great work-life balance, flexible hours, fully remote - Open and honest culture

      Cons

      Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. Like any fast-paced environment, there can be occasional periods of high pressure, but they’re manageable with the right mindset and support from the team.

      Pros

      You get to work on new challenging problems that aren't being worked on anywhere else. The work here is meaningful, and you feel like you're really having an impact on your customers and the industry. Benefits are great (unlimited PTO, work from home, and flexible hours). And honestly, this is just a good place to work. Folks care about what they're doing and they care about treating each other well.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work to do, and the work from home flexibility can easily cause folks to work too much. The company is still relatively new, so there are some things that aren't as mature as at older organizations.
