Thank you for your review, we value and respect all of our staff, we try to ensure Draycir is a nice and friendly place to work and with a good work life balance, this is our number one priority but when new members of staff join us and they unfortunately upset other members of staff, like any other company we have to take the appropriate action. This has only happened on one occasion. While it is true Draycir has limited parking, Draycir does reimburse all members of staff if they have to park their cars in a pay and display carpark. Onsite parking is on a weekly Rota system, so everyone takes it in turn to park onsite. We fail to understand the comment about swift sharp exits, the average length of service of our employees is 7 years+, additionally it is worth noting that Draycir offer all of their staff benefits package normally only offered to executive managers and above. Since the start of COVID all Draycir staff have the choice of working from home.
