Everything else is a con. If you are greater then 4 years experience and looking for any kind of career progression or even a iota of stability this is NOT the place - It is a place where you do your work and get money like a daily wage laborer. It is a complete HIRE & FIRE shop. The moment there is no project you would be kicked out. The project churn rate is very high. You could even have to work on a project for 1 month and then move to another, it is very common here. Trust me, they treat people like dirt when it comes to professional interests, they just get random work and get it executed - There is no career progression process, no body knows what you will do after 2 years. There are no career tracks (Technical or Managerial). HR is clueless and there is no policy around it - Attrition rate is almost 25% but no one will tell you that, founders have hired there own relatives at Product Manager level. You can think how professional this place would be - The behavior of senior managers is derogatory and highly abusive. They shout, use unprofessional and cuss words in meetings. A person would be shamed at will, in front of everyone, using the most insulting and foul language possible with a total attitude of bullying. Crude Hindi "gaalis" can be heard in office premises very frequently. One of the founder himself uses filthy, abusive and derogatory language, you can think what to expect from people below him. In-fact, people here take pride in such behavior as they want to identify themselves with a "Wolf of wall street" - If you are a professional having some self respect or seeking a basic sanity in terms of work place behavior (especially ladies) this place is a BIG No-No - It is a HELL and I really thank God for taking me here. I now really appreciate my past and current employers and have become less complaining about my life. When I have a bad day, I just think about the abuses which were hurled on me here, as nothing can get worse then that
