Our business started in the US with manufacturing and sales out of the US. Over time as demand increased and our manufacturing technology reached critical development stages, we shifted our manufacturing to China and then to India. We started off trying to serve both the Indian and Chinese markets on the ground and realized that was a lot to bite off for a startup. We chose to focus on India since we were having the most impact there. Today our headquarters are in Pune, India, and all our staff except for 2 are based there. -------------------------------------------- Driptech's operations are supported by sales revenue and by venture capital investment. We are grateful for the support of our investors that has allowed us to grow much faster than we otherwise would've been able to - now increasing yields, saving water, and doubling income for thousands of farmers across 21,000 acres of land. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our smartest hardest-working team members are the ones who are given increasing levels of responsibility, compensation, and designations. These individuals lead Driptech and are incredibly important to me and the company. We recently worked together to clarify our core values - customer empathy, innovation, collaboration, and taking ownership. These are not always easy to live, but those that can and do live these values create tremendous impact on the world at Driptech.
