      - Good Culture - Flexible working from home options - Management listen to employee feedback and make an effort to address any issues - Birthday Leave - No micromanagement. Managers trust you to get your work done. - Engineers are encouraged to work across the full stack, which gives great learning opportunities

      - Sometimes career progression is a bit ad-hoc/unstructured - No EOY bonuses or Employee share program
