Pros

Dropbox offers a work culture that’s incredibly rare to find elsewhere. Having worked in several other organisations, I can confidently say the sense of belonging, collaboration, and genuine care here stand out. The people are smart, kind, and motivated — and leadership generally empowers teams to think big and innovate. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s a strong focus on personal growth and inclusion. It’s the kind of environment where you feel trusted and supported to do your best work.

Cons

The continuous changes in leadership and organisational direction can sometimes create uncertainty. While change can bring fresh perspectives, frequent shifts make it harder to maintain long-term strategic alignment and consistency in vision.
