      A company with a soul and a culture to match

      Pros

      Now at my 3.5 year mark here and can honestly say it’s the happiest I have felt in my career. Nothing is perfect but Druva creates an environment to work hard, get rewarded and be cared for.

      It’s hard work and fast paced and that’s not for everyone

      Thank you for taking the time to submit your review and good to know that you're enjoying your time at Druva. Most of our roles in the International organisation are hybrid or remote (especially in the sales org), but in certain roles that are considered "early career", we prefer employees to get the support and structure of being in the office. I know our SDR's are expected to be in our new London office 4 days a week, but we operate a professional organisation and offer flexibility where we can.
