Pros

It was good to work at such a huge company in a shipbuilding industry. There are a lot to learn.

Cons

However, the operation philosophy is not up-to-date. And many works go to the in-house subcontractors. It is inevitable, but I don't think that it keep the company competitive. And there is no incentive to maintain middle manager or experienced people..
