Pros

Unlimited PTO, Fully Remote, Teams are generally friendly and willing to communicate and help each other

Cons

Upper management direction feels off with no clear direction of what the plans are. Team duties are shifting every other month so its hard to establish a ground. Understaffed

We are glad that you found the work environment supportive and appreciate your concern regarding change in direction. As a business we think it is important to understand market dynamics and shift priorities with shift in market momentum. Sometimes that can be hard to readjust work priorities and our goal is not to create an environment that feels overwhelming. We encourage you to reach out to your manager and/ or HR to seek clarity and support so you can understand the rationale for the change as well as seek additional support as needed.

Pros

I recently joined DTEX, and it's been an exciting time to be here. There's a lot of growth and opportunity to learn and try new things, which makes every day engaging and challenging in the best way possible. One aspect I appreciate most is the level of ownership I have over my work. I'm trusted to make decisions and drive initiatives forward, which has been incredibly empowering for my professional development. The company provides everything you need to do your job effectively and if its not there you can make recommendations. The best part of working at DTEX has been the people. My colleagues are genuinely passionate about what they do, and that energy is contagious. Beyond their expertise and dedication, they're kind, collaborative, and genuinely committed to the company's mission. It creates a positive work environment where you actually look forward to logging into work most days. I also appreciate, from my perspective that the executive team is very approachable and it doesn't feel like theres a hierarchy. I also think we have excellent benefits and compensation.

Cons

As a start-up, we're currently navigating the typical challenges like working on documentation, establishing more efficient processes and workflows and breaking down silos.

Pros

The product has value. The new ceo trying to bring some new developments and more clients/money

Cons

Poor Salary and no benefits: they use some peo platform to offer benefits which are nothing. Insurance really for namesake. Very toxic management: if you have a problem don’t speak. Someone might get promoted Senior Mafia: Seniors are self proclaimed gods. They also have a fragile ego. Its not enough to speak about your contributions but you have to bring someone down to look like you’re the senior. Dei is a joke: well of course. Zero work life balance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points. Our benefits package, offered through a top-tier PEO platform, is among the most generous in the industry—providing comprehensive health coverage, wellness resources, and additional perks designed to support our employees and their families. We also pride ourselves on maintaining a transparent and open culture. Employees at all levels have regular access to leadership, and we communicate frequently through company-wide updates and team meetings to ensure everyone understands how the business is doing and what priorities are driving our decisions. That said, we recognize that no workplace is perfect. We take concerns about management style, culture, and work-life balance seriously. We appreciate your candid feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors. If you’re open to a more in-depth conversation, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience directly.
