      Don't waste your time and energy working for this dishonest company!

      First and foremost, Rhonda is the most dishonest person I have ever worked for. In order to get business she posts fake reviews on every review website, take a look for yourself on Kudzu, her favorite. She has even resorted to posting fake reviews on Glassdoor because her turnover rate is so high. The only accurate reviews you will find are the ones with one star. She is incredibly rude to her employees and sometimes even her clients. Her business plan is a joke and clients are expected to basically sell their home themselves without any of Duffy's help. When I would try to go out of my way for an unhappy client, she would yell at me and tell me to work on something of more importance. No benefits, pay is WAY too low for the amount of work she expects, just an overall joke of a company. Don't waste your time!

      This is slander and has been reported to Glassdoor as such and I will be seeing a name associated with this review from Glassdoor. I have only fired or had 1 person in the last 3 years so I will start there to seek a remedy. If you are reading this, do your own research before you end up unemployed because you are warned by someone who would put themselves into this kind of legal problem. By the way, in October of 2015, we gave Duffy Realty to 29 employees. No benefits? Think again. Ask the people who have worked at Duffy for 10+ years what they think about their retirement account.

      This is a really bizarre review. Not sure where you worked but I don't think it was Duffy Realty. We require a dress code, the place is like a morgue most of the time because we don't have time to think about music and type and talk on the phone AND have music. I hate that part of Duffy. Did you talk to any of the employees before you started working at Duffy? I ask because we do a full team interview before we hire for the office. I am truly lost here and frankly don't think this is a real review at all.

      RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

      Building resume and gaining real estate experience

      Cons

      Was not paid overtime, salary very low with amount of work expected. No benefits, no sick days, no holidays. Expected to work until work complete; Was nearly impossible to get everything done in one business day. I would work around 50+ hours a week with absolutely no overtime. This job will consume your life. I was so stressed I gained 20lbs and had daily nervous breakdowns. Very unorganized company and boss is extremely difficult to work for. Acted very selfish towards her employees and her clients. Run while you can!

      This is the review that someone thinks to write when they are fired. My advice to lookers on this website is - think for yourself. If you follow everyone who thinks like a victim, you won't make it very far at 1) finding a job or 2) lasting at a job.
