Pros
- Work/Life balance - you can be very flexible if you don't work with clients and don't have shifts, take a day-off anytime and start you working day when it is comfortable for you, easy to manage with your studies if you are a student - Very good medical insurance - Colleagues - everyone is very young, friendly and supportive, which creates a very comfortable environment and a unique atmosphere like nowhere else
Cons
- All decisions, starting from buttons design in the app and finishing with hiring policy, are taken by the owner of the company - Poor management: the best thing which management can do is do not disturb you, very unprofessional and doest not care about its employees or company's strategy/future - Strange marketing: you will find 15 instagram accounts of the company with a sexist, tasteless and vulgar content, which makes you feel shame for the company at which you are working, and everyone understands it, but => go to the first point - Instead of spending funds on QA engineers, data analysis, motivate current employees and hire professionals, funds are spend on trashy marketing stuff like Miss Dukascopy contest - Salary below the market - Non-existent promotion - the only way to get a promotion is to tell that you have been offered a better job and you are leaving, which creates a situation when salary difference for the same position and same responsibilities can be 2.5-3x
