Managers allow employees to be in control of their own day and prioritize work as they like. Constantly Evolving. Employees are able to contribute fresh ideas and see them through ideation to execution. If it proves successful, the leadership team takes note and will support. If it proves unsuccessful, they allow you to quickly adapt and learn from mistakes.
Cons
There is no company-wide intranet to keep cross-departmental employees aligned and connected. You can feel isolated to your department.
