      great employees to work with gym membership lunch and learns every month decent pay great benefits package

      Cons

      company is completely divided between dev and sales. There have been 4 different Directors of Sales in the last 3 years. If you are looking for a sales/marketing role, look elsewhere, if looking for a job as a developer, it is a great job. CEO does not understand Sales, but continues to burn through Sales Directors and Sales people

      1. No ethics throughout the organization 2. Poor company values 3. No Transparency 4. EXTREMLY poor and unfriendly work culture for a software company. 5. Highly Political 6. This company does not encouraging employees giving ideas and suggestion.
